Cleaning unused space

Hi every one, wanted to as if there is any sort of app that cleans up the unused files and folder after installing or uninstalling, because i find daily about 2 MB increasing in the Other tab in iTunes while Syncing, I am using Windows XP pro SP2 iPhone 8GB 1.1.4

Im pretty sure the other is saving your texts, calls, and other info like that. Also, saved videos, themes etc. go there too...
