How do i get it on my phone i have the file on my laptop but don't know how to put it on my phone.. it's a rar file any help would be appreciated

Use a program like Stuffit expander to take out the contents, then in itunes hit import and import the file, sync and if it doesn't work right click and hit convert for iPod/iPhone.
