iPhone webapps offline

Here are 10 webapps from speedymarks.com. I decided to make them available offline as I don't have any data plan so using EDGE/GPRS is expensive for me.

I'm not the author, I just optimized these for offline (unless stated otherwise) usage. The author is Piet Jonas. Copyright and all credits go to him.

In order to run these you need THIS enabled. OR take a shortcut and go to Installer and install:

1. Lighttpd
2. PHP
3. PDF/DOC/XLS viewer (inside Tweaks group of ModMyI.com source)

and you're ready to go for offline webapps



Following apps are included:

- Basketball - basketball game
- Calories - track calories intake
- Charts - make charts, email them
- Counter - simple game score counter
- Mileage - track fuel consumption and other data
- Morse - Morse code generator
- Plotter - draw function graphs
- Rates - currency converter (for accurate info should be updated daily)
- Translator - full text translations (require internet access)
- VAT - calculate sales tax and VAT while you shop (supports international taxes + custom taxes)

How'd you do it? I don't want to have Lighttpd installed. Looks annoyingly complex.

Yeah, Lighttpd looks like entirely to much work.

Forgot to say, and it's quite a shortcut, regarding lighttpd...instead of following rather complex procedure at the link given above, go to Installer and install:

1. Lighttpd
2. PHP
3. PDF/DOC/XLS viewer (inside Tweaks group of ModMyI.com source)

and you're ready to go for offline webapps
