Installer Disapered On My Front Screen After I Installed Open Ssh

I Need Installer Could Care Less For Ssh
It Shows Up In Mobile Finder But Crashes When I Click It

I Have I Brickr Tryed To Reinstall No Luck Anyone Help Please

Well since you have SSH... you can use winscp (pc) or cyberduck (mac) to delete installer. (/applications and another directory i forget) Then you can ssh installer on to your phone. There are guides.
