iPod Touch Add iPod Instead of Music + Video

I used to have a app before I jailbroke my iPod Touch ti 1.1.4. It mean't that instead of having the music and video icons there was the iPod Icon like on the iPhone, I really liked it as it mean't all my media was in one application yet I can't find it in installer. Does anybody know what its called or a source where I can get it?

After I loaded 'Catagories' app it automatically did that for me when I put the icons in the same catagory.

yer, i've had bad experience with catergories, even If I don't do anything once installed I lose all the apps from my desktop. So i'm staying clear of it. And I mean the app that makes it like a iPhone. You click on the iPod and theres the video option at the bottom.

I remember that I had that too.

I had to edit a .plist file in mobilemusicplayer.app. It was easy, and I want this again too.
