How to completely delete apps?

Is there a way i can delete all my apps ive downloaded from installer without restoring it? cauz lately when i go download apps, it downloads half way and when it gets to the install part, installer quits and returns to the homescreen. i dont see the app on my homescreen but it appeaers when i go to customize.

Open SSH your iTouch and go to the applications folder and manually delete what you don't want.

Yeah I want to remove Stocks cos I'll never use it, but someone told me I could just move it to the next menu. I wonder if deleteing unused apps will increase storage.

Probably deleting 1 song will give you a lot more storage
