HELP! HOW do i get apps on my phone?

how do i get all these apps n stuff on my phone. i am very new at this. do i need to download some program to my computer to hook up to and transfer? i have an unlocked 1.1.4 and jailbroken. alread have installer downloaded and im installing from my phone but how do i get all these other apps?

you add the source and look for it in the list

add the source ride4.org/shai.xml and then from the Sources folder install the "All Sources 80+" Packackage or something like that. After that you will have a lot of sources installed and a lot of apps n stuff to download.

i have WINSCP and i am trying to figure out how to get themes onto my phone................any help?

i did intall summerboard..........but that doesnt help me get themes from the internet to my phone.........

If I want one thats on this website how can I get it on the phone. Where can I find what source it's in or do I plug in the phone to the computer and do it that way.
