A couple of questions, I have an iPhone bought in the UK originally on 1.1.3 I've updated firmware through iTunes to 1.1.4. I have Jailbreak, unlocked and put installer on iPhone using Liberty.

I installed Bootneuter on my iPhone from a Repo. but am a little hesitant to use it. if I click on it to start it, it sets itself to:
Version 3.9
Neuter OFF
Fakeblank ON
Unlock ON.
and at this stage I loose my carrier from top right of the screen and need to restart phone to get it back.

If I go for it and click on the flash button will it work? Can it brick my iPhone? I want it to be back on 4.9 bootloader, Neuter ON and unlock ON.

Can Someone please give me some informed help please.

I would wait for winpwn but am sick to death of all the false promises. I have spent hours on IRC waiting for a release but with no joy. It now says its realeased in beta for all but theres no where to get it from Sorry for the rant but had to get it of my chest.

Don't worry about using it, I installed it via SSH and reinstalled at a later date via the installer to show it to a mate.

The settings it defaults to first are your current settings.

After using the app im pretty sure you have to restart and your signal will come back.

Iv used the app several times and never had a problem.

tombonez Nice one for that mate, I think I'm going to give it a go. will let you know how I get on.

The only thing that bothers me is:

BootNeuter needs to run with root permissions to unload the CommCenter and access the interactive bootloader. So, it needs to be installed either via Pwnage or via a method that gives it suid-root privileges.

I installed it using installer App, which I put on my iPhone when I Jailbreak, unlocked and activated it with Liberty.
