[HELP?]Carrier Logos and Customize 1.21

Is there a way to use Customize to set the carrier logo in 1.1.3? My Customize doesn't have the carrier logo option... So far what I've had to do to get Customize 1.21 to set any images, was to SSH into my phone and set the permissions of the images i wanted to change, to 777.
