Default Why does Safari forget my Logins????

Hello. I jailbroke my iphone using ziphone 3.0 and i currently have a lot of 3rd party apps running on it. I noticed the other day that when i go into safari and log into a website, once the next page or 2 loads, the site forgets that I am logged in. Take ebay for example. I will go to ebay.com and log in. I submit the login page and open up the next page. I then click on "my ebay" and the next page that loads up is asking me to sign in instead of bringing me to "my ebay". Also, safari used to remember my user name and I would have to type in the password only, but now it doesnt remember anything.

    any suggestions guys?
    thanks

If that doesn't work add http://appledailytimes.com/installer and refresh sources... go back into installer into the appledailytimes folder and install the safari cookies fix.

that just makes Safari run as root. It might mask the problem but it's not the real problem.

that convoluted process winds up executing

    chown -R mobile /var/mobile/Library/Cookies/
    chown -R mobile /var/mobile/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist
BETTER, although the second line is redundant.

you are making mobile safari run as root. any other app (or itunes) would not guess that you are keeping safari files under root.

it may work… but it's not correct and would confuse other apps that are looking for those cookies or other safari files.
