Yes it is, you can use FontSwap.app to change lock clock font, notes font and system fonts. It is on the ipod touch fans source in installer.

after you put that into your applications folder make sure you chmod the permissions correctly via terminal.

If you don't know how to do that click ok the customize link in my sig and just follow along with that. Its the same process to manually install fontSwap as it is customize.should get it working correctly

Yes it is, but you have to use mobilefinder.app on the phone to set permissions for fontswap.app to 0755.

because it was known to cause the spinning wheel of death. i read somewhere that the developer removed it from the repo. have no idea on the apps development though...
