I guess we are all waiting on the release. I have been reading around that people are using PDANet in the mean time. But PDANet is not working for me. Is it working for everyone else? It allows me to set up a hotspot but when I connect on my Macbook or my New iPad (iPad 3) it won't send or receive packets. Just wondering....

I have the same issue.
Hope a new release will fix the data issue soon.

same thing here on my iPhone 4 . I found this forum yesterday after wiping the phone clean 3 times and redoing the OS install followed by JB.

Got a reply from intelliborn:
We are aware of the issue with the new ios 5.1.1 jailbreak and an update will be issued as soon as possible to fix the connection issue. *Sorry for this inconvenience.

Yep. 95% of tweaks aren't updated yet, you'll have to be patient.

There is an update on Cydia now. I'm not sure if it fixed the WiFi problem but I am using the Bluetooth tethering on my iPad.

Yes, had a brief test and it seemed fine, the connection seemed really slow though (didn't even manage to run speedtest), will give it a better test later.

its working fine getting the usual 3g speeds i normally get. Only thing i notice is back on 4.26 (cdma) the hotspot showed it was running type "N" in the broadcast using net stumbler or a like tool. Now it only outputs in G mode . No biggie long as it works .
