Do I need two licences for On Demand to work? To pair both iPhone and iPad?

Hey,

as the title says, I'm not entirely sure how the so called feature "On Demand" works?

It says I need to set Host on one device and Client on another. Does it mean I need to purchase two MyWi On Demand apps?
