Ondemand not working

Hi,
I bought Mywi + ondemand in september in order to buy an iPad wifi to save money.
It worked like a charm with no issues but one day in october it stopped working.
I have restored and re-jailbreak both my iPhone 4 and iPad 1 to the last firmware several times but ondemand does not work...
My iPad detects my iPhone but when I click on it it freezes on "connecting". Nothing happens on the iPhone screen.
I am really lost I don't know what to do this function is very important for me because the wifi on my iPad does not work properly

Edit : I have mywi 5 and my jailbreak was at first tethered and now untethered, still not working

A lot of us are having this problem. I haven't seen a fix for it yet.
