Okay I have an iPad 2 GSM model and it installs just fine but when I go to start it up my laptop will see it and it will not pull an IP address from the iPad. I keep getting the private IP address of 169.x.x.x. When I plug it in via USB the laptop does not get the connection but iTunes see's the iPad just fine. Any ideas on this one?
