What was your usage pattern (I.e. Typical data used, data uses tethering, etc). I've used MyWi off and on with my netbook when traveling on the unlimited iPhone plan however, rarely break 2 gb. In fact my max over the past 8 months has been around 2.3 gb. Kind of a wash in know but that was before I picked up an iPad with the BT on demand feature. Any additional info would be appreciated.

I normally used about 3 to 4 gigs per month since I've owned the phone and max one month about 7. I have the unlimited plan.

usage varied quite a bit. I can watch movies and live tv with either method. I used about 2 gigs a day for several days just using the phone watching TV for several hours. Never went over that tethering, but used it to download files to laptop and general web surfing when not at home. Typical usage is about 3 to 4 gigs a month as I stated. Been watching lots of live TV lately just to prove a point, I don't need tethering to use lots of bandwidth. Sometimes use laptop or let kids surf net briefly on iPod touch's, so having a hotspot is very convenient as you know.
