MyWi Bridge staying on Auto
So I will be trying to tether my iPhone to the 3G connection, but everytime I turn it on it Bridges to my wifi in my house. It still says Auto even after I set it to go to 3G. It even stays on auto when I go to Wifi. After I click apply it does nothing. Running 4.60.9 on 4.3.1

I have to disconnect and forget my wifi network to get it to just work on 3G, it still says Auto either way
So I reinstalled the app threw Cydia and then it started working on 3G. Took a few times of reinstalling, strange thing is it will stay on my home wifi on the iPhone and still broadcast a hotspot from 3G on the iPhone. I ran a speed test on my iPad when tethered to my iPhone and from the look of the speeds it was on 3G even though my iPhone was still on my home wifi network.Last edited by Billyhime; 04-09-2011 at 07:09 PM. Yes - you can be on home wifi and broadcast a wifi to 3g connection on an iphone 4. There was a bug fixed in 4.60.14 that allows the bridging (under Advanced WiFi) to be switched to Auto, 3G, and WiFi.
