MyWi 4.60.9 no internet/valid ip

So I was able to use MyWi 4.0 prior to the updates and now I cannot connect to anything via anything. This is very frustrating. I have purchased both the 4.0 and ondemand so I am running legit. Whenever I connect to my computer or another device it hangs on handshaking process then goes to unable to connect or connected but no internet. With win7 it has it as public and listed as unverifiednetwork. When I go through the troubleshoot wizard it always comes up as unable to verify ip or the sort.

What I have done so far:

Rebooted many times
Reset MyWi Settings
Reinstalled MyWi
Tried to connect with firewall disabled on comp
tried to connect via blutooth, usb, and wireless
wireless i've tried all security settings

Nothing works. Please Help

Im on it fine,..try connecting via USB or Bluetooth and see if that works

Wait you just said that, wow....idk try another computer to make sure it's not the computer

So I tried mywi on another computer and get the same thing. Nothing changes, same issue. I forgot to say that I have a iPhone 4 AT&T jb with 4.3 tethered

stubbypook: Can you send support a syslog and put a description of the issue in the body or subject? With the syslog, i think we'll be able to identify the problem.

Yeah no prob, I appreciate you all helping me out . I don't know how to get the syslog but I'm gonna find out

So I was able to find the syslog but my only access to the Internet is through the phone atm. How do I send it?

K I was able to obtain the syslog and I have included it as an attatchment. It is not a rar, rename it as .doc or .txt once download. The foruom wouldn't allow me to upload it any other way because it exceeded the limit. I hope this helps. Also is a pic of the issue on a newly reformated machine using wind 7. Let me know what else I can do to help

still not sure what it could be, I downloaded PDAnet to see if it would have the same issues. I know it is ad-hoc and not infrastructure, but I was able to get online with my notebook. still cant get mywi 4.0 to work. I dont know what to do

From a log file, seems like an Apple process is dying on your phone. Would you be able to try a restore to simply see if this is a disk related issue (as I have the same iOS/iPhone4 and it works great for me).

I having something like this to. I turned off wep on mywi settings and now I can connect. Before the up date I connected with wep and no proplems. try turning wep off in the wifi settings it self on the mywi app. I hope there is another update to fix this.
