WyWi and WIndows 7 32 Bit

I am having a very weird issue with MyWi 4 and my Iphone 4.0.1. My laptop DOES connect to the Adhoc wireless network on the iphone and even gets an IP but it is not able to browse the net via IE. I can ping Google.com so thats good and an NSLookup shows the correct addresses for things, but browsing seems impossible. Any ideas?

Does the internet work for anything else on the laptop? Maybe try firefox or google chrome and see if they work.

also make sure if u purchased handylight and was using that before MyWi that u disable socks
