My hard drive died on me recently and I had to reload Vista on the new hard drive since then whenever I connect my Iphone in any mode other than just connecting it to Itunes windows unsucessfully tries to load a driver. This occurred when I last tried to jailbreak and I finally had to use a different computer and now it happens whenever I try to tether using USB. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Itunes multiple times I have also copied the drivers from a vista system that had no problem tethering and loading the driver & then pointing my system to those drivers when it could not find it's own. Any insight into what might be causing my grief would be appreciated.
