I cant download (paid) mywi from rock your phone desktop

After using mywi and couple other tethering hacks. I bought mywi. Since i deleted it after trial, i have to redownload it. But it doesnt let me do that. It shows that i bought it, when i go to your apps, it is there. I click to download and it goes to downloads section. Then there is an error just next to the download bar saying. #4041 Couldnt download from server.

Also there is a red dot next to my iphone. And during the start up of the program, it says The connected phone needs to be updated with Rock Your Phone software.

What is going on? I did everyhting step by step?
Anyone can help me? How can i get customer support? I paid $10 for this

Update: I think that happens becaause i cant rock my phone, i have rock installed through blackrain. Every time i start rock my phone software on my vista pc, it gives error and telling me The connected phone needs to be updated with Rock Your Phone software.
But it doesnt let me click next. only cancel, what should i do?

There should be a download link there.

You need to install Rock on your phone(and probably a few updates) and then download mywi from your phone.
