Iphone hang while using MiWi

WinXp, 3g, 3.0

Anyone else having a problem with the miwi connection dropping and the phone screen going blank with just the Apple in the middle of it? Sometimes it will fix itself after a couple minutes, other times the phone and/or computer need to be rebooted.

I actually had this problem when i first installed it.

it installed, then the phone froze.

when i rebooted, it was stuck at the apple logo for several minutes. rebooted again, failed again.

put it into the restore mode hoping my itunes would restore from backup, but it wanted to update to 3.1.2 instead.

rebooted again, and it finally worked.



this is the 2nd time i've installed something from that company and had problems both times.

You tried removing it and re-installing? There's been several updates to some of the packages recently. I have been using it for a while and have not had any issues. But I never tried it on OS 3.0, only 3.1 and 3.1.2 .

Ended up doing a wipe and restore job to 3.01 and a total reinstall of Rock/MiWi.

Same issues after running all updates & multiple phone/computer reboots.

I didn't think Rock was compatible with 3.12....maybe I'll bite the bullet & go that route.
