Just paid for the MyWi app and downloaded the Rock your phone desktop app. Clicked on download and guess what...it throws up an error #4041: could not download from server. This has been tried on Windows 7 and Mac OSX 10.5.8 via two different networks. Feels like i've been conned here. Anyone else with a similar issue? Help!
First, you should have tried installing the demo before purchase. That said, it should still work. If you're on 3.1.2 you need to blackra1n and install the rock app from there. I didn't even bother with the desktop app
... And your image shows you're trying to download an ancient version I think

I ran into the same thing(after having a demo that worked just fine). Open Rock on your phone, let it run all of the updates(and do it's soft reboots) & then you should be okay. You may have to also do a full reboot at the very end.
