Buggy app and where is the developer?

I too am having the same problems with profiles not changing the ringtone, or silencing calls, or being able to change the SMS alerts to be profile-specific instead of global. I am not able to submit a support request from the phone itself, because it always asks to turn log on even though it's already on. I have emailed for support via the myprofiles webpage and stil no response. What gives?

I agree. I suspect I've wasted my money. I didn't reinstall it when I upgraded my iPhone 4 to 4.2.1 with GP.
