Get back All my Rock apps?

is there anyway to get a listing off allthe apps i purchased from Rock & cydia.

I had a 3gs a while back ago, then went out and purchased an iphone 4, but to jailbreak for the iphone for so i got stuck using an old Tmobile MyTouch and got rid of my 3gs (erased it before sold)

but i remeber that i would login to Rock and get my apps i purchased.

Now since Rock and Cydia are 1 how can i get a list of my purchased apps from Rock/Cydia.
