MyProfiles dies on start

I just loaded MyProfiles onto my iPhone 3G(S) and had no problems at all. When I start the program it dies right away.

Any thoughts? This is the second time this has happened to me. I reflashed my phone to factory and re-jail broke it with blackra1n with no change.

i had this problem and after a lot of messing about found that it would work only when i disabled cyntact..
