Callendar appointment reminder

Hello,
I just bought this software and works OK. Only the thing I did not found is, how to set the callendar appointents reminder only to vibrate. When I set the profile "Work" with no rings, no SMS and E-mail sound but keep the vibration, then the callendar appointments reminder sound is still on. As I found, the volume can't be decreased to 0 but the minimum is +6 so when I am on the meeting in the quiet room, the appoinment reminder is a bit disturbing the others. Is there any trick to avoid that or can this be improved??

Also I prefer to see somewhere on the home screen, which profile is already activated (this is just a point on the wish list ).
