Alerts for phone calls?

Is there a way to set up alerts for incoming phone calls like you can for
SMS and email? Basically I would like to enable special audible alerts depening
on who is calling. Thanks for any ideas.

You can set a missed call alert based on who is calling, but if you want a ringtone to know who it is, just doing that in the native iPhone contact app. I think that is what you are asking, unless I am totally missing the ?.

The problem is,

I turn OFF phone sounds so I dont have it ringing for every call. Even though I make a special ring, it still doesnt ring as globally the sounds are off for phone.

I was hoping to be able to control this using myProfile
