SMS Tone vibrate

I am trying to get my iPhone to not make any sound, only vibrate during work or sleep times. I can tell it to turn off the ringer and vibrate when ring, and that works fine. However, it still makes noise when an SMS arrives. My only choices for SMS Tone seem to be a sound or silence. How can I change SMS Tone to "vibrate"?

record a silent sms message? or flip the switch..

I want it to automatically act like I flipped the switch.

Then get a program like "Profiles" and you can manage these things.
But really, I flip my switch when I place my phone on the charger every nite.... it's really not that hard to do.
