Donny - open the rockapp and ensure you're logged in with the correct account. The Rockapp will verify your license is downloaded.
Send iPhone System Log: Via any Intelliborn App -> Click Help / FAQs/ Support -> Scroll to bottom and click on red text at bottom.

Rockapp is now taken over by Cydia store I have to log in as google account pay with pay pal then it says I authorized the payment, I reinstall and nothing it still says i must purchase itiPhone 4 v4.3.1
