How add video or music ???

I want to know how I add music or video to my unlocked, jaibreaked 3GS without conecting to itunes. I have a lot of apps downloaded from cydia or instalous and if I conect it to itunes I lost that apps. (there any form that I cant lost that info)

I wan to know how add videos or music with winsc,p open ssh
or other

CopyTrans Manager can do it and I think iPhone PC Suite also.

Thanks I will try.. Im using winscp I found the music folder but all the songs and videos have some random letters name and I cant add aditional music or videos

It's not gunna work.....

The music and video files are 'encrypted' so it's not as simple as SSHing into your phone to add/delete songs. You'll need software for that like the two programs I mentioned.

I tryed the iphone pc suite but I can get acces to the ipod area to audio and video.I dont know why. I know the music and video are encrypted thats why Im aksing for some help...now Im going to try the CopyTrans Manager
I hope this works..any tutorial for this process?
