Converted Video is Green and Pixelized

I recently updated my iPhone 2G to a 3Gs and now the videos I had on the 2G will not play the same quality on the 3Gs (they my PC and the 2G but wont on the new 3Gs. I am running 3.1 firmware. I have already restored my phone and it is still happening.

Has Anyone else ran into this???

I am transferring files from my TiVo using TiVo Desktop Plus, into .MP4 file type. This has never had this happen before when I have converted files before. Any help will be appreciated!
