iphone will not accept music

Hi all.
New on here, just have the iphone a couple of days and already finding graet tips and tricks on here.Now the problem im having is when i connect my jail broke iphone to my itunes I try to drag songs on to it im just getting a red circle with a red line throught it saying it cant be doen can some help me with this? sorry if this topic has been asked a million times before cheers anyway looking forward to your replys..mr f from dublin

You have to check the box that says "Manually manage my music and videos"
Or you can select which playlists that you want to sync.

when I do that Im getting this message."The Iphone is synced with another iTunes library do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this itunes library?"

Im just trying to add an ablum to the iphone not wipe everything off it.
