Club-X-Gen Video iPhone Site

Hi I have just launched a video sharing site for Generation X'ers called Club-X-Gen.

It has a back end that converts videos to 3gp, iPhone, Windows Media, and Flash YouTube formats. The content focuses on Dance, retro party music and videos.

I am looking for feedback and comments and any bugs that people notice. So if you have some time check it out:
