I am looking for a FREE program that will convert my video files (.avi, .mov, etc.) into the necessary format so that I can play them on my iPhone. I have a Mac. I searched throughout the forums, but the programs I saw that people have recommended in the past either don't work for Macs or the cost money, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey guys, all this fuse with converters so boring and takes so much time. I found the better way,
just found some websites where I can download movies already optimized for iPhone for 1.49$.
