Can't play downloaded video....

I downloaded a video using Safari Download
Plugin, and it was saved to var/mobile/libary/downloads.
What program do I use to play this, or how would I add a symlink so my Ipod video player would see this video.
I can't seem to get it to playback.

Any help appreciated !

if its 3gp or mp4 you can play it with dtunes (cydia)
if its avi or mpg you can play it with vlc4iphone (cydia) but its beta and doent work fine

It is indeed an mp4 so i'll give dtunes a try. Thanks all
