How do I play downloaded video using Safari Download plugin

I downloaded a video using Safari Download Plugin, and it was saved to var/mobile/libary/downloads.
What program do I use to play this, or how would I add a symlink so my Ipod video player would see this video.
I can't seem to get it to playback.
Please help,
