iTunes/Music syncing

after jailbreaking i cant use itunes for syncing, tried couple programs to upload some music, it appears that song is in iphone, but when i launch ipod.app nothing there

I get the same problem. all my apps work but it when i go into ipod theres no content in there.

This incident has happened to quite a few folks on here.....
I've heard a couple of solutions to it.
1. Deauthorize itunes...and sync...this will get rid of everything...then authorize itunes again and sync everything back in again.

2. Restore/Repwn. Set up as new. ReSync.
