How do I upload mp3 and movies and what do I need?

First of all, I do hope I am posting this in the correct thread, if else plz move it where it belongs.

I need your help mates, how do I upload my mp3:s and movies to my iPhone?
(I have surfed a lot on this subject but only found poor or lacking information)

I bought my iPhone from the states (live in sweden) and no information about how to do this, it is supposed to be the latest (.4) version and unlocked and jailbreaked?

So my obvious questione is
(since I only find warnings when I surf on the upload subject)
is my option to download the latest iTunes (7.6) and simply use this to convert and upload music and film?

OBS; Will it somehow damage or f-up my phone/stuff in it?

So who has the knowledge to help me out with a simple walkthrough here?

(I have installed openssh and got in to the phone with winscmp? if FTP:ing is an option?)

I am a total blank, plz mates help me out - I cant begin to explain how much your help is worth to me!

all u need is itunes for movies and mp3

Itunes. It won't screw up any of your third party stuff or mods.
