4 months and 14 days
People that rent our houses drive nice *** cars though.
Like I think only 2 families have toyotas.. the rest drive BMWs, Benz, Porsches, Cadillacs, etc..

I can't get a mortgage because my ex took me for everything.
I don't have a deposit so pay more in rent than I would on a mortgage.
But now have a wife I love so everything is great

I just argued that a deposit and first and last month upfront is BS in this poor economy. Showed that I have insurance and the guy said, "okay" LOL

Renting in the UK is not a problem but to get a mortgage I need a 30% deposit and a reasonable house costs £350k+ (that's a big step down) so I have to rent.

^Yeah about same here usually but we just went through a housing market crash...
