OH MY GOD! I just seen that I won! Even with a messed up neck! I gave it my all until I could not take it anymore! I am sooooooo happy!

I want to thank everyone who donated the prizes and sponsors and also thank these guys that run this forum!

And want to congratulate everyone that won!

Thanks so much!

I am sorry that I did not notice this thread earlier.... as some may know I am having surgery on Friday.....

I will cheerish these gifts that I won! What a uplift to how I have been feeling....

Hugs to all!

I'm extremely excited about the goodies, I have been using stock headphones from day one1 and I'm stoked to hear my music the way Apple intended - finally.

Congrats to thatooflessfairy, zsuns, and all the raffle winners!

....And again a huge thank you to the guys who have worked so hard on this site and still seem to have time for stuff like this to keep us on our toes.

Thank you!
Congrats to you also! I knew you were working as hard as I was... but my neck just could not take it anymore! It was fun to watch what you were doing while I was doing my thing as well....

This power station (arrived today) has good sound for a little speaker. (volume wise)

I wanted it for my Touch (which it never mentions working with, but it does). A bit of an odd design, the speaker is on bottom, and it doesn't stand up at all (on it's side, bottom, or top) it lays on it's back and has no feet to elevate it off the surface so it pretty much pancakes onto the speaker outlet which the bottom is flat and so is whatever you're putting it on... perfect seal.... *quiet*

Little bit of a bad design there, but freebie in this case so perfectly happy..... it gave my Touch a speaker!

The headphones are nice sounding, they are more mellow than I thought they would be. Compared to a high end/power set of Bose iphone headset speakers they don't quite put out the volume or have the same Q to them, but they are very balanced and flat across the board so listening is a pleasure. There's no complaints on them. Most of their sound improvement over the stock speakers come from the canal design rather than the speaker change.

Thanks again Cash and PF!

The sound you are enjoying (mellow) is probably due to the fact the bose don't output much in the midrange area and are often described as tin sounding. Congrats on the win.
Btw you can't really say where the sound improvements are coming from because I doubt you are an engineer and disassembled them so what you are stating as fact is clearly conjecture. Sorry I just had to respond... I am just crazy about headphones.

LMFAO, someone clue him in....... You're timing on that remark couldn't have been worse.

I AM an engineer, I own an engineering firm, MECP Masters certified, and owned car audio stores up till 2002.

ROFL, talk about walking into a firing line. LOL!

Fair enough, but they are clearly different drivers than the bose or than the iphone buds so you can't say the drivers have no effect.

Edit: went back reread it. Misunderstood you. Go figure.

You know, I just logged in here to ask the very same question. My core case isn't here yet, either. And I really want to see it, since I would like to buy my wife one of them for my old (her new...) 2G.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that I won. And I'm REALLY looking forward to the Core Case. But I just want to know if it's on the way. :-)

Thanks,
OneRing2Rule

Sure is. Just takes time, like any contest "please allow 4-6 weeks" kinda thing.
