Good grief. what about appleiphoneschool.com? If a site like that is allowed to exist, how do Apple's lawyers even have a leg to stand on? And iPhone Atlas is owned by friggin Cnet...how are they allowed to operate with that name?

Anyhow, is there a time frame for getting the mobile version of the site completed? Several of the forums show 0 posts, and not all the forums are represented.

It is interesting how it is ok for Apple to rip off names from other people (Nano from Creative, iPhone from Cisco) but they won't let anyone use a name that sounds like one of theirs.

Well, I for one am sad to see the name change, Mod My I just sounds kinda dumb. This sounds just like how they were going after any site with the word "pod" in the title a couple years ago. Actually even more sad to see all the crapple news on the site. I feel like I have to wade though a bunch of stuff I don't care about to get to the good news.
