    Did anyone else see this? Wondering if anyone here is having this problem too? I updated my cousins itouch and low and behold we get the same glitch.

    then I'm glad I decided to stay w/ 4.2.1, at least until the untethered is released, not sure if this little glitch will be enough to stop me from updating even after its untethered, thx for notifying either way.

    Then why don't you downgrade to 4.2.1?

    Or upgrade to 4.3.1

    I really think that downgrade would be better, I heard iOS 4.3 had battery issues

    This makes me glad that I can't update my 2g past 4.2.1... it is reassuring.
    You know, whatever doesn't kill you.... hurts.
