Try Free Memory 2.0 from the App Store. I've had it for generations!

I honestly think freeing RAM on the 5S is pointless, now. I've always been a big proponent of freeing RAM but I find that killing all my apps does the job just fine!

Yes I agree with you that when you close all the apps it frees up memory. I did the same thing for a while until I used my little Free Memory app to find out that I gained between 30% to 50% additional memory.
Don't knock it until you try it! 😉

I never kill Apps in the background, RAM is almost full all the time, doesn't effect the performance of the phone. Apple did there a perfect job

RAM Clearing apps do not positively affect the performance of the device. Just stick to killing apps in the background and doing resprings every now and then.
