iPhone 4 FaceTime problem

I have a iPhone 4 on 4.3.3. I recently synced my phone but did not upgrade to the 4.3.5 update. I just noticed now that my FaceTime will not work. I get a waiting on activation but it never activates. I've did a soft reset and also reset all setting but still not luck. While resetting all setting my phone is now stuck in safe mode. Could someone please help

Yah I had the same problem. It seems everybody has tried different things and some work, some don't. Not a good idea to reset all settings; its the network settings that your suppose to do that to. Not sure of a fix but mine is the exact same, minus the safemode. I don't use my FaceTime too much so I figured I'd wait til they drop the GM of ios5. Sorry if this doesn't help you in the least but I'm pretty sure your going to have to restore. :/
