IPhone 5 prototype in app description photo

I was browsing the app store and found a photo of what looked to be a iPhone 5 prototype in an app description photo.

I made a blog post on it on my site. I wanted to keep the convo here so I decided to just paste it here. I really did make the post. I'm not illegally taking other property.
iPhone 5 prototype in app description photo?


It appears that an iPhone 5 was found in an app description photo. The name of the app is applets: fun pack.
As of September 3 it is a free application in the app store.*
The one question I'm wondering is, how did this slip by apple? With apps being denied everyday to go onto the app store, how was this let on. Apple must have messed up with this one
Apple has had a history for messing up. Once, an 3G MacBook prototype was lost and found for sale on eBay a few years later.*
Another is the lost iPhone 5 prototype which only God knows where that is.
Well it seems like apple really needs to be more careful.
Especially if the Internet is one click away…

This could be the iPhone 4[s]. The iPhone 5 seems to have a 4" screen (and re-designed body), whereas the screen in this photo seems to be around 3.7", which would be in line with some rumors I've heard.

If this is really an image of the 4s, it would be the first time an image of it was leaked, that I know of.

If this is accurate then that's a pretty cool find, Shadowbreak - good eye!
