    EDIT: Nevermind, I'm the idiot... This is for the current camera flash...

    Apple, this is really goofy. That thing is WAY to bright for that and its on it's back most of the time...

    you have to remember though that the setting for LED Flash is under ACCESSIBILITY settings. so someone who is deaf wouldn't hear the phone ring or vibrate, they would be able to see the LED flashing.
