Look I just made this for fun. If enough people want it I'll release it, if it's not needed I'll happily enjoy it myself.

A staff writer posting in 'member written news'? Is this because it's not allowed in the real news section.
I have very low expectations of this. I could be wrong but....He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

Yea I don't see this lasting long once, I bet apple already has gotten word on lima already...so watch out for update 4.3.4! Only thing that might attract me to it is if there is lima exclusive content such as themes and they would have to be good themes at that lol.

Well if jailbreaking is, indeed, the only way to run 3rd party apps on iDevices, then we'll still need to jailbreak, which automatically installs Cydia/Loader, or they'll have to find another way around that loop-hole, I'll stick w/ Cydia as well, since we'd most likely still have to jailbreak anyways.

If it allows users fast and easy access, then great! Cydia loads thousands of entries into memory each time it boots - if Zima can simply stream the list over the internet then it would allow very fast access to the entry list.
If this doesn't allow paid apps then forget it - all the useful stuff will stay on Cydia.
