Push notifications not working

Guys I've am iPhone 4 on ios4.3.2

My push notifications are not working. This has been happening since when I was on ios4.1.

My iPhone is locked to ATT but I'm using the Gevey sim.

I've downloaded push fix but it doesnt work.

Guys help me.

^Notifications on and enabled? What app(s) are sending push notifications? Sound, message enabled? Does PushTest (from the same repo as push fix) report a unique push certificate? Download iPusher (free from App Store) for a quick push test.

Yes they're on and enabled in the settings. Mail works as I'm using an exchange server. The only one that works again is viber app.

Twitter and Facebook won't work.

ipusher takes too much to load and it's doesn't work.

Push test isn't on cydia.
