Ultrasn0w fixer will bring unlock to iPhone 3GS users on latest iOS 4.3 baseband 4.26.08. Previously iPhone 3GS was unlocked by the use of iPad baseband 6.15.00, iH8sn0w will also include this tool in the next version update of Sn0wbreeze which my said to be Sn0wbreeze 2.3b4. Ultrasn0w fixer is not only limited to the iPhone 3GS users, also it works for iPhone 4 users. Ultrasn0w fixer will unlock iPhone 4 basebands of, iOS 4.1, iOS 4.2.1 and the latest one iOS 4.3 which have these basebands (4.10.01 / 3.10.01 / 2.10.04)
iH8sn0w has confirmed that the Ultrasn0w fixer will release tomorrow for iPhone 3GS user and iPhone 4 users have to wait some more time for this tool.
don't know if this is real or not.

That was only to allow basebands that are already unlockable to work if someones preserves them and goes to 4.3/4.3.1.
It wont unlock 2.10/3.10/4.10
